Our Mini Stock and Legend series tires are offered in 205 / 60 / 13 on a BF Goodrich or Federal casing and 195 / 60 / 14 on a DOT Radial.   

8" Slick


    

Our 8" Slick is widely used for many different Racing Classes such as Street Stock, Hobby Stock, Modifieds, Trucks, and Chargers just to name a few.  Depending on the class, the reccommended rim size can vary from a 15"x7" to a 15"x10".  This tire is available on a Hoosier Casing (pictured), a Goodyear Casing, and a DOT Radial Casing.  Tread width is 8" and either 89A or 77A rubber compound can be applied.  The following Casing sizes are available.

8" Trac-Master



   

Features include higher traction generated by the four groove design.  This allows for better handling and increased grip over a full slick tread.  The following Casing sizes are offered.

8" Asphalt 


Our 8" Asphalt tire is designed to perform with all the features of a treaded street tire as well as the benefits of a racing casing and specific rubber compound.  The following Casing sizes are offered.

225 / 70 / 15

11" Slick

   

This tire is offered on a Hoosier casing with either 89A or 77A rubber compound.  The Casing size is 27 x 10 x 15 and the overall tread width measures 11".  We reccommend mounting these tires on a 15"x10" rim.

Towel City Retreading has an extensive line of Asphalt Racing Tires.  Generally our tires are sold to Race Tracks to be used as their "Track Tire".  However we will sell tires to drivers who race at tracks with an Open Tire Rule meaning they are free to use any tire they desire.  We will not sell tires directly to drivers who race at a track using Towel City Race Tires as their Track Tire.
