Promotion Timing: Towel City Tire's “New Tires for a New Year” promotion will accept nominations starting Sunday January 31, 2020 through Wednesday March 31, 2021. The winner will be announced the following week.

Eligibility: This promotion is open to any individual from our local community who is at least 18 years old at the time of entry and nominated by someone during the time period. Anyone can nominate a person fitting these requirements but cannot nominate themselves. Multiple nominations for the same individual does not increase odds of selection as each nomination is evaluated independently.

How to Enter: To enter someone in Towel City Tire's “New Tires for a New Year” promotion you must complete and submit an online nomination. This can be found at Towel City Tire's website.

Selection of Winner: Each nomination will be evaluated based on character, community involvement and deservingness as a recipient. This will take place in the week after the nomination period closes.

Notification and Privacy: Once the winner has been selected Towel City Tire will notify the recipient. Acceptance by the recipient will grant permission to use the recipients name and/or image in accordance with announcement of the winner. Additionally the recipient must agree to have their name and/or image released on Towel City Tire social media.

General Conditions: The recipient will be awarded a new set of Hercules tires with installation included up to $500 total retail value. The recipient will be responsible for any costs above this amount and this amount must be remitted in full prior to being announced as promotion winner. Towel City Tire will make every effort to contact the selected recipient and in the event they cannot be reached in 48 hours the second selection will be awarded the prize. No funds may be leftover if total cost is less than $500 and no cash refunds are allowed.
